The problem
A marketing SaaS lives or dies on two things: how quickly a prospect can get to value during a trial, and whether the AI workflows behind it are reliable enough to trust with customer conversations.
The approach
- 01
Built the Free Trial module — the first thing every prospect touches — as a self-contained flow from sign-up to activated workspace.
- 02
Implemented Claude-powered workflows to automate conversations and lead generation.
- 03
Designed reusable REST APIs so the same primitives back several product modules instead of each one growing its own bespoke endpoints.
- 04
Structured the React and NestJS code as scalable modules, and shipped through CI/CD.
The outcome
Delivered the free-trial module plus two core modules of the AI marketing and lead-generation SaaS, with reusable APIs and automated deployment.
