A US-based real-estate platform. I migrated the entire AWS infrastructure across accounts with Terraform and minimal downtime, stabilised the HLS live-streaming module and shipped the first production React Native release to the Google Play Store.

The problem
The platform needed to move wholesale to a different AWS account — infrastructure, users and application data — without taking the product offline. At the same time the live-streaming module was unstable and the mobile app had never shipped.
The approach
- 01
Wrote the target environment as Terraform infrastructure-as-code, so the migration produced a reproducible environment rather than another hand-built one.

Migrated infrastructure, users and application data across AWS accounts with minimal downtime.

Stood up a full test environment mirroring production, so the cutover could be rehearsed rather than attempted blind.

Diagnosed and stabilised the core HLS live-streaming module.

Prepared and shipped the first production React Native release to the Google Play Store.
The outcome
The platform ran on newly provisioned, Terraform-defined AWS infrastructure after a minimal-downtime migration, with live streaming stabilised and the first mobile release live on Google Play.
